Salary:

₹15,000 - 18,000 per month (based on relevant experience)

Additional performance-based incentive of ₹2,000 – ₹3,000 per month

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Welcome customers and assist them in selecting clothing and accessories.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a clothing or fashion showroom.

• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.

• Fluent in Hindi and Marathi (basic English is an advantage).

• Positive attitude with a passion for sales and customer service.





• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Honest, punctual, and well-groomed.

• Must be based in Pune or willing to join immediately.
