Position: Branch Operations Manager – Tours, Travels & Logistics

Seabird Tourists Center is a well-established organization with over 25 years of experience in the travel and express cargo industry, offering services across South and West India. We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead and grow our operations in Hubli.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a professional with prior experience in the tours & travels, logistics, and transportation sector who can oversee overall branch performance and drive business growth across multiple service verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day branch operations across travel and cargo divisions.
- Drive passenger bus ticket sales through direct, agent, and digital channels.
- Manage Full Truck Load (FTL) and Part Truck Load (PTL)



cargo movements to and from Hubli.
- Strategically develop and expand parcel service operations in the Hubli region.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tours & travels or logistics industry.
- Proven track record in operations and business development.
- Solid leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of cargo and transport documentation and booking systems is a plus.
- Ability to increase business and meet targets.
