Reliance Jio is hiring Diploma Freshers for the Network (ISP) department across Pune locations.

Position: Network Diploma Engineer Trainee (NDET)

Qualification: Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication (ECE) / Electrical & Electronics (EEE)

Eligible Batch: 2025 & 2026 Pass Outs

Eligibility Criteria:✅ Freshers Only (Zero Experience)

✅ Age: 18–25 Years

✅ Minimum 60% aggregate in 10th, 12th & Diploma

✅ No academic gap between courses

✅ No Active UAN

✅ Candidates who have completed or are currently undergoing apprenticeship are not eligible

✅ Candidates with an active NATS contract are not eligible

✅ Basic English communication skills

✅ Good technical knowledge and problem-solving skills

- Job Responsibilities:Support telecom network operations and maintenance activities
- Assist in installation and troubleshooting of network equipment
- Monitor network performance and report technical issues
- Coordinate with field engineers and network teams




- Maintain daily activity and service reports
- Ensure smooth functioning of telecom infrastructure

Work Locations: Candidates may be deployed across Pune locations including Bibvewadi, Aundh, Bhosari, Chinchwad, DP Road, Lonavala, and other nearby areas as per business requirements.

Shift Details:General Day Shift / Rotational Shift as per operational requirements.

- Salary & Advantages:Apprentice Phase: ₹12,000/- per month
- Network Diploma Engineer Trainee (NDET) Phase: ₹25,000/- per month
