- Develop sourcing strategies to attract quality retail talent.
- Coordinate interviews, selection, onboarding, and induction programs.
- Ensure timely closure of manpower requirements.
- Employee Relations & EngagementFoster a positive work culture and employee-friendly environment.
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Conduct employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and retention initiatives.
- Build robust relationships with store managers and department heads.
