- Call leads provided by the Marketing team and pitch Health Insurance and Car Insurance products
- Use insights from our AI-powered analysis to explain why a particular policy suits the customer, not just its price
- Explain policy features, perks, and pricing clearly to prospective customers
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into policy sales
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
- Coordinate with the team on daily targets and lead status updates
- Minimum 2+ years of overall work experience
- At least 1 year of experience working in a call center
- Prior experience selling insurance products over calls (mandatory)
- Must reside in Pune, preferably near Sadashiv Peth or nearby areas
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Comfortable working from office (not a remote role)
