- To achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs at (Client) with highest standards.
- Managing BMS operations to ensure the quality and deliverables within the stipulated time;
- Assist in providing comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management for technical services to the client.
Preferred candidate profile
- Tertiary qualifications in either Electrical/Mechanical/Civil ITI.
- Positive people skills and ability to interact with a client staff and demands;
- PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems;
Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives highly desirable.
