1. 5+ years in global Software Asset Management and license compliance
2. Working industry experience of SAM tools
3. Strong knowledge of licensing models
4. Familiarity with EULA terms, audit response, and compliance frameworks
5. Solid analytical and reporting skills across spend, usage, and ELP data
6. Having basic know-how of AI tools and able to use them effectively
Key responsibilities:
1. License Compliance
- Manage global SAM practices, ELP reporting, and compliance audits
- Maintain install-base records and produce compliance reports
- Handle EULA reviews, amendments, security reviews, and privacy assessments in coordination with legal teams
2. Cost Optimization
- Drive license harvesting identify and reallocate unused or stale licenses
- Conduct deployment count reviews and report software spend and usage metrics
3. License Management
- Manage annual renewals, quarterly true-ups, and license allocations
- Proactively flag renewal risks and ensure timely contract closure
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with IT operations, procurement teams, users to align licensing with organizational needs
- Present licensing positions and risk/savings summaries to senior stakeholders
