About the Role
We are seeking an experienced qualified from the power and utility sector to lead and
drive technology-led initiatives in Delhi. This role requires a strong blending of domain
knowledge in power utilities with modern IT/OT, enterprise systems, and digital solutions.
This position is offered on an initial 20-month fixed-term contract, with a high potential for
conversion to a permanent role on direct payroll, subject to client requirements and business
growth.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Implementation: Plan and execute digital transformation, smart
infrastructure, and IT/OT integration initiatives within the power sector.
Technology Leadership: Oversee enterprise systems, utility technology deployment,
and data analytics solutions tailored to distribution, transmission, or generation utilities.
Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with key client
stakeholders to translate complex business needs into robust technical requirements
and solution roadmaps.
Project Delivery:



Ensure end-to-end management of technology programs, adhering to
timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
Innovation & Emerging Tech: Leverage emerging technologies and advanced
analytics to optimize utility operations, grid management, and asset performance.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education:

Mandatory Undergraduate: B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics,
Electrical Engineering, Networking, or related disciplines.
Mandatory Postgraduate: MBA / PGDM / M.Tech or equivalent advanced degree.
Work Experience:
Overall Experience: Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience (7+ years preferred)
specifically working in or consulting for the Power Sector / Utilities.
Core Expertise: Proven track record in one or more of the following areas:
Digital Transformation & Utility Technologies
IT/OT Solutions (e.g., SCADA, ADMS, Smart Metering/AMI)
Enterprise Systems & Smart Infrastructure
Data Analytics & Emerging Technologies in Power
Key Attributes
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively in client-facing, high-impact environments.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
