looking for experienced Project Controls professionals with robust expertise in Project Planning, Scheduling, Cost Estimation, and Risk Management for large-scale Power & Utility / EPC / Infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Primavera P6 (Mandatory) and should come only from the Utilities, Power, Energy, EPC, or Infrastructure domain.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Prepare project baselines and monitor schedule performance.
- Identify critical paths and recommend mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
- Track milestones and ensure timely project delivery.
- Support management with risk-based decision making.
Cost Estimation & Control
- Prepare CAPEX and OPEX estimates.
- Monitor project budgets and forecast costs.
- Perform cost variance analysis.
- Support procurement during bid evaluations and cost benchmarking.
- Ensure compliance with financial governance and audit requirements.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Develop KPI dashboards for schedule, cost, and risk.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports.
- Perform Earned Value Analysis (EVA).
- Present project performance to leadership and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Preferred)
- Certification in Project Management, Cost Control, or Risk Management is an added advantage.
- Experience with utility regulations such as CEA, CERC, and State Utility standards.
