Job Brief: Required to Profitably Manage Fixed Income Investments and Trading Portfolio

Market Tracking

- Form views on macro-economic conditions, regulations; present, engage on the same with team / leadership
- Analyze & track relevant markets, sectors, credits and companies for trading, investments from fixed income perspective
- Utilize existing connects in fixed income industry, ability to hold conversations to generate information and relevant leads

Liquidity Planning & Fixed Income Investments:

- Liquidity planning for the Group
- Gauge, recommend and seize investment opportunities in fixed income instruments like Bonds, MFs, CP, CD, Gsec/ SDLs, etc; evaluate investment opportunities in Hybrid instruments like Invit/ Reit, new category of funds, et cetera
- Generate trading gains in corporate bonds, G-Secs, SDLs, T-bills, CPs & other debt instruments
- Stay updated on treasury-related Group Investment Policy, other internal policies & regulatory developments that are key to execution of above

Operational:





- Knowledge on back office transactional operations (settlement of trades) - handle complete end-to-end execution of investment through ftrac, C-brics, knowledge of NDS-OM and TREPS platforms
- Knowledge on MTM valuation of investment instruments using models - DCF, Technical analysis, etc
- P&L; tracking and MIS reporting
- Assist in all treasuries related operational tasks from time to time as required

Preferred candidate profile

- Robust experience in fixed income dealing, treasury, trading; deep understanding of Indian debt markets
- Strong credit analysis, market intelligence & stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MIS reporting & financial analysis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high responsibility environment
- Qualified CA / MBA with 6 to 8 years' experience in Corporate Treasury in investments, trading / mutual fund AMC/ dealers / family offices
