The selected candidates will receive structured training in Medical Billing and Accounts Receivable (AR) before handling live healthcare processes. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to enter a fast-growing industry with long-term career growth.Key ResponsibilitiesMedical Billing

- Create and submit medical claims to insurance companies.
- Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
- Review claims for completeness and accuracy.
- Correct claim errors before submission.
- Understand CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS codes (training will be provided).
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.
- Follow HIPAA and company compliance guidelines.

Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Follow up with insurance companies regarding unpaid or denied claims.
- Analyze denials and identify root causes.
- Resolve claim rejections through appropriate corrections.
- Coordinate with internal teams to expedite claim resolution.




- Maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Update claim status and notes in the billing system.
- Meet daily productivity targets.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree (Any Graduate)
- B.Sc., B.Pharma, M.Pharma, Biotechnology, BPT, BHMS, BAMS, BDS, Life Sciences graduates preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word).
- Willingness to work in US shifts.
- Quick learner with positive analytical skills.
