Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct environmental monitoring, water testing, and microbiological analysis to ensure compliance with GLP and CGMP regulations.

- Prepare media for culturing microorganisms, perform sterility testing, and validate purified water systems.

- Operate autoclaves, incubators, laminar air flow chambers, and other laboratory equipment according to established protocols.

- Maintain accurate records of test results, inventory management, and quality control procedures.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to formulation development.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-6 years of experience in a pharmaceutical industry setting as an officer or executive level scientist.

- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology (B.Sc), MS/M.Sc(Science) or equivalent qualification required.

- Strong understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Current Positive Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), Purified Water Systems validation principles.
