Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of professional calling experience, preferably in:
- International Voice Process, or
- US Mortgage VOE Process

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent skilled work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Outlook).
- Familiarity with mortgage-related software/tools.
- Flexibility to work in night shifts aligned with US business hours.

The VOE Specialist is responsible for verifying the employment and income stability of mortgage applicants. The role involves coordinating with employers and lenders,



ensuring employment data aligns with the Uniform Residential Loan Application (Form 1003), while maintaining compliance with mortgage industry guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to HR departments and employers to perform Verbal Verification of Employment (VVOE).
- Review and validate W-2 forms, pay stubs, and tax returns for accuracy and consistency.
- Utilize third-party verification platforms such as The Work Number, Equifax, and Truv to obtain employment data.
- Ensure all verification activities comply with RESPA, FHA, and VA loan requirements.
