- Develop and implement training programs for students on soft skills, placement, and skill development.
- Manage the center's operations, including mobilization efforts to reach out to communities and organizations.
- Provide guidance and support to staff members in developing curriculum materials and delivering training sessions.
- Monitor progress reports from various stakeholders involved in the project.
Job Requirements :
- 2-10 years of experience in education/training industry with a focus on soft skills development.
- Solid understanding of center management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
