Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer / Technical Lead to lead the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and be capable of driving technical architecture decisions, mentoring development teams, and delivering scalable solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow solution design, development, and implementation.
- Design scalable, maintainable, and high-performing ServiceNow architectures.
- Drive implementation and enhancement of:
- ITSM Pro
- Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro)
- Security Operations (SecOps) Vulnerability Response
- Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
- Vendor Risk Management (VRM)

- Design, implement, and govern CMDB and CSDM-aligned solutions.
- Develop and manage integrations using:

- Integration Hub
- REST APIs
- SOAP Services
- MID Server
- JDBC and third-party integrations

- Lead technical workshops, requirement discussions, and architecture reviews with stakeholders.
- Review technical designs, code, and deliverables from development teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and performance issues.
- Define development standards, best practices, and governance processes.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across projects.
- Collaborate with business, functional, and infrastructure teams for successful project delivery.
