Roles & Responsibilities

1. Generate qualified leads through channel partners, brokers, and other referral networks.
2. Identify, onboard, manage, and expand the channel partner network in line with business targets.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive engagement and achieve sales objectives.
4. Negotiate, execute, and manage channel partner agreements and SLAs.
5. Follow up on leads promptly and ensure timely conversion and sales closure.
6. Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitive analysis.
7. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
8.



Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and operational guidelines.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the ERP/CRM system.
10. Prepare and submit periodic MIS reports and sales performance updates to management.

Ideal Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or a related sales role.
2. Graduate in any discipline with a stable employment history.
3. Willingness to travel extensively and undertake field sales activities.
4. Highly adaptable, self-driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
5. Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
6. Target-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
