Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Management

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, journal entries, ledgers, and general accounting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

- Process vendor invoices, client receipts, and payment transactions.
- Monitor receivables, outstanding payments, and customer collections.
- Reconcile customer, vendor, and bank accounts on a regular basis.

Real Estate Accounting

- Maintain project-wise accounts, cost tracking, and budget monitoring.
- Record booking advances, customer receipts, and construction-related expenses.
- Coordinate with project and sales teams for billing, payment tracking, and financial reporting.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

- Prepare and file GST, TDS, PT, and other statutory returns.
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, and applicable financial regulations.




- Support internal and statutory audits by providing necessary documentation.

Banking & Reconciliation

- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow.
- Manage fund transfers, payment processing, and banking transactions.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and management reports.
- Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities when required.

Key Competencies

- Mandatory experience in Real Estate or Construction industry.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and statutory compliance.
