Roles and Responsibilities

- Oversee site supervision, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.

- Manage project execution, including quantity estimation, client interactions, and construction activities.

- Coordinate with team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8-10 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (site coordination/execution).

- Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Any Specialization.

- Robust understanding of interiors, site management, site planning, site supervision, and quantity estimation principles.

- Excellent attention to detail for accurate estimations and quality control.
