Required Skills (Non-Negotiable)

- Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro

- Working knowledge of After Effects (text animations, motion graphics, effects)

- Experience editing short-form, high-retention content

- Excellent sense of timing, rhythm, and pacing

- Ability to create scroll-stopping subtitles (not basic captions)

- Attention to detail at the frame level

- Ability to work independently without constant instructions

This Role Is NOT For

- Beginners or interns

- Editors who only do easy cuts + background music

- Long-form or wedding video editors without reel experience

- Editors who dont understand hooks, pacing, or audience attention
