About the Role
We are building GRD Getting Recruitments Done a Hiring Execution Operating System that combines SaaS platform workflow discipline and coaching programs

We are looking for a Program Lead who can bring all existing knowledge together structure it into training programs and take these programs to market

This role is a combination of content structuring program building training delivery and business growth

This is not only a training role it is a program building and execution role

Key Responsibilities

Content Structuring and Program Design
Collect and organize all existing content frameworks and processes
Convert knowledge into structured training modules and learning journeys
Design certification programs and training tracks

Program Development
Create session plans training decks and facilitator guides
Design exercises assignments and practical learning formats
Build repeatable and scalable training programs

Go To Market for Training
Package programs for corporate teams recruitment agencies and individuals
Drive webinars workshops and pilot training programs
Support positioning pricing and outreach for training programs

Training Delivery and Facilitation
Conduct live training sessions workshops and onboarding programs
Ensure participant engagement and learning effectiveness




Adapt delivery based on audience needs

Program Adoption and Impact
Track participation completion and outcomes
Measure impact on productivity and execution
Improve programs based on feedback

Business and Revenue Alignment
Work with founder on pricing packaging and positioning
Support conversion from training to coaching and SaaS usage

Desired Candidate Profile

4 to 10 years of experience in training learning and development program management or consulting

Solid ability to structure content into frameworks and simplify complex ideas

Experience in conducting workshops training sessions or corporate programs

Ability to work with business teams clients and leadership

Strong communication presentation and facilitation skills

High ownership mindset and execution focus

Good to Have

Experience in HR Tech recruitment domain or SaaS products

Understanding of business metrics productivity and performance

Experience in building training content or certification programs

Education

Graduation any stream
MBA or PGDM preferred
