End to end responsible for: • partner performance governance across the portfolio by defining scorecards, running MBR/QBR reviews and enforcing corrective actions. • cross-project performance analytics to detect systemic risks early and trigger audits or interventions. • escalation and mediation support for interface breakdowns, compliance gaps and recurring delivery issues. • renewal/rotation/exit recommendations using fact-based performance and risk evidence.
Key Responsibilities of Role
1. Define partner KPI scorecards (time/cost/quality/safety/claims/reporting) with measurement rules and data sources. 2. Run periodic governance forums (MBR/QBR) with partners and SBUs; document decisions and actions. 3. Track partner performance across projects; identify systemic risks, trends and early-warning signals. 4. Drive corrective action plans, RCA and closure tracking; escalate non-closure to leadership. 5. Conduct process/system audits (reporting integrity, QA/HSE, contract compliance) and ensure findings closure. 6. Mediate recurring interface issues between partner and SBU teams; define practical fixes and governance controls. 7. Recommend renewal, capacity allocation, rotation or exit based on performance history and risk posture. 8.
Maintain partner performance repository and lessons learnt; feed inputs into alliance strategy and templates.
Qualifications Essential Engineering / Management / Finance graduate; MBA/PGDM preferred for strategic and alliance roles. Desirable/Preferable Certification in strategy, contract/commercial management, analytics or project governance.
