Role & responsibilities

- Develop architectural and interior design drawings.
- Prepare working drawings, GFCs, and construction documentation.
- Assist in concept development, space planning, and design presentations.
- Prepare detailed layouts, elevations, sections, and detail drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and assist in site coordination.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and schedules.
- Support senior architects in project execution from concept to completion.
- Ensure drawings comply with project standards and timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 0 to 2 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Working knowledge of SketchUp.
- Basic understanding of V-Ray/Enscape/Lumion for visualization.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
