Role & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding
- Build talent pipelines using job portals, employee referrals, social media, and campus channels
- Prepare and enhance candidate/employee resumes for client submissions
- Coordinate client interviews and deployment activities, working closely with the Sales team for timely resource allocation
- Support HR operations including employee insurance enrollment, documentation, and vendor coordination
- Conduct onboarding sessions and assist with exit interviews and employee lifecycle processes
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives, internship hiring, and college/university partnerships
- Track Bootcamp attendance, schedule review meetings, and consolidate trainee performance feedback
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and CSR programs
- Support employer branding through campus engagement, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Maintain recruitment reports, HR documentation,



and process trackers
- Collaborate with hiring managers, Sales, Marketing, and external vendors to ensure timely execution of HR initiatives

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Final-year students or recent graduates (any discipline); freshers with an HR/recruitment internship are encouraged to apply
- Excellent English communication written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace; exposure to ATS/HRMS tools (Keka preferred) is a plus
- Attention to detail and ownership mindset
- Comfortable with stakeholder coordination with hiring managers, candidates, clients, and vendors, technical interviewer
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent is preferred, but not mandatory
- Willingness to work from the office in Baner, Pune, in the specified shift timings
