- As a database developer, you will analyse current database structure and identify data redundancy and design issues.
- You will redesign tables, indexes, triggers, users to optimize code and support concurrent database processes.
- You will understand code written in stored procedures (MSSQL) and make changes or suggest optimization techniques.
- You will take ownership to migrate code from old versions of MS SQL to latest MS SQL 2025, and use latest AI enabled features for efficient code generation.
Experience/Skills:
- Proven experience in solving complex business problems involving large data volumes
- Hands-on experience of implementing optimization techniques, identifying cause of performance issues and best practices of writing optimized queries.
- Implementation experience of database structures, stored procedures, and complex queries supporting multiple concurrent users.
- Ability to understand existing code developed using database technologies (MSSQL stored procedures)
- Valuable knowledge of Time Series databases
- Good understanding of latest AI features for efficient code generation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
