- 5+ years of Workday configuration experience
- Experience with at least 2 Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Perks, etc.)
- Strong expertise in configuration, testing, and support
- Experience in business process design & stakeholder management
- Workday Pro Certification preferred
- Exposure to ServiceNow HR or Cornerstone LMS is a plus
Role & Responsibilities (Short):
