We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Engineer to join our team in the Field Services department. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in engineering and excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for customer requests.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Analyze and report on customer feedback and suggest improvements to products or services.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.




- Proven experience as an Engineer in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with help desk software and ticketing systems is desirable.
