- Supervise grinding, gate cutting, chipping, shot blasting, and casting finishing activities.
- Allocate work and monitor daily production to meet shift targets.
- Ensure castings meet quality standards and minimize rejection/rework.
- Supervise operators and maintain discipline, productivity, and attendance.
- Ensure secure work practices, PPE compliance, and good housekeeping (5S).
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
- Maintain daily production and manpower records.
