Key Requirements

- Should be comfortable interacting with clients and resolving technical queries.
- Must have good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.

Job Description & Responsibilities

- Perform all duties assigned by management or supervisors as required.
- Handle VFD programming and computer-based programming tasks.
- Knowledge of DOL Starter and Star-Delta Starter systems.
- Perform motor bearing replacement and motor testing.
- Identify faulty parts and replace components as required.
- Carry out installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities involving mechanical, electrical, and programming systems.
- Conduct regular customer visits and provide timely service support.




- Ensure proper commissioning and smooth operation of equipment.
- Maintain service records and provide feedback on machine performance.
- Customer satisfaction should be the key priority.

Candidate Profile

- Qualification: ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Languages: Hindi, English, and local language.
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible individual with good behaviour.
- Solid customer service orientation.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Qualification & Experience

- ITI (Electrician) or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-8 years of experience in handling capital machinery.
- Prior experience in service, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
