Location: Bawana, Delhi

Experience Required: 1–2 years in Real Estate Sales (Plots Preferred)

Time - 10 AM to 7 PM

Salary - 20-30k (with incentives)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive with experience in real estate, specifically in selling residential or commercial plots. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and closing sales in the Haryana region (Bawana/ Sonipat, Kharkhoda, Kundli)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate leads through various channels such as calls, site visits, references, and digital platforms

2. Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about available plots

3. Conduct site visits with potential clients

4. Build and maintain robust relationships with clients

5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

6. Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure

7.



Maintain a database of clients and follow up regularly

8. Stay updated with local real estate market trends

9. Enrollment for New channel Partner's

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in plots/land sales

2. Strong communication and negotiation skills

3. Good knowledge of Haryana real estate market (Sonipat, Kharkhoda, Kundli)

4. Ability to work independently and meet targets

5. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

1. Local candidates or candidates familiar with the Haryana region

2. Strong networking and client-handling skills

3. Self-motivated and target-oriented
