Focus: HL / LAP / Mortgage Sales Hiring

Key Responsibilities (Crisp & Clear):
• Sourcing: Candidate sourcing through portals, social platforms & referrals
• Stakeholder Management: Close coordination with hiring managers
• Recruitment Process: Screening, interview coordination,



documentation, offer processing & onboarding
• Data Management: Maintaining hiring trackers and recruitment MIS

Minimum Requirements:
•Experience in BFSI hiring (preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver within timelines
