We are looking for a passionate Junior Developer & Automation Associate to join our Technology team. You will work on internal tools, workflow automations, and business applications while collaborating directly with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain internal automation solutions to streamline business processes.
- Build and enhance features for attendance, leave management, and roster systems.
- Contribute to internal compliance and workflow management platforms.
- Integrate third-party applications using APIs and webhooks.
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using JavaScript and React.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Test applications and ensure code quality before deployment.
- Maintain clear documentation for developed features and processes.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 02 years of software development experience (Freshers with strong project portfolios are encouraged to apply).
- Positive knowledge of JavaScript and React.js.
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and API integrations.
- Knowledge of Git/version control.
- Experience building and deploying at least one end-to-end project (academic, personal, freelance, or professional).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Next.js.
- Experience with Supabase, PostgreSQL, or Vercel.
- Exposure to automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or Google Apps Script.
- Basic Python scripting knowledge.
- Understanding of responsive UI design.
- Interest in automation, business operations, or compliance technology.
