- Conduct field visits to customer locations for collections and follow-ups.
- Negotiate with customers for repayment plans / settlements as per company policy.
- Ensure maximum recovery and reduce delinquency levels in the assigned portfolio.
- Maintain proper documentation and proof of collection visits.
- Update collection status regularly in system / mobile app.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Credit, Operations) for complex cases.
- Identify and escalate skip cases / fraud / high-risk accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain qualified behavior and avoid any misconduct during recovery activities.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate (preferred)
- Minimum 1 years experience in field collections / recovery
- Experience in NBFC / Banking / Microfinance preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel in field
