Role & responsibilities
Voucher processing: Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries accurately.
Ledger management: Update and maintain customer and vendor ledgers on time.
Bank reconciliation: Match company bank statements with internal ledger records.
Stock updates: Track goods received, items issued, and current inventory levels.
Bill of materials: Create and manage product masters and material lists if working in manufacturing.
Basic reports: Generate trial balances, day books, and stock summaries.
Immediate Data Entry: Log all daily cash sales, credit invoices, and vendor bills.
Customer Follow-ups: Generate outstanding receivables reports and send reminders to clients.
