Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide after sales support to customers by resolving their queries and issues related to electrical motors, LT motors, HT motors, induction motors, DC motors, rotating machines, DG sets, and transformers.

- Conduct field service activities such as installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair of industrial equipment and machinery.

- Manage customer complaints effectively by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

- Ensure timely resolution of warranty claims from receipt to closure.

- Collaborate with internal teams for effective communication and coordination.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-5 years of experience in after sales support or similar role with expertise in electrical engineering (B.Tech / B.E.).

- Solid understanding of AC/DC motors, electricity principles, and mechanical systems.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
