We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to support our legal and compliance team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in corporate law, contract management, and regulatory compliance within the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents such as agreements, NDAs, and contracts
- Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and healthcare laws
- Support compliance activities, including maintaining statutory records and filings
- Assist in litigation tracking and coordination with external counsel
- Review and organize legal documentation and databases
- Help in policy drafting and internal legal advisory support.
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or recently completed LLB / BA LLB
- Robust understanding of corporate and commercial laws
- Good research and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
