Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, prepare estimates, and ensure construction projects are completed within budget while maintaining quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
- Analyse project drawings and specifications to determine material and labour requirements.
- Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports.
- Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate contracts.
- Measure quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Review and certify contractor invoices and payment claims.
- Manage project variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and project managers.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
- Familiarity with local building regulations and standards.
- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.
