Job description
- Master's degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counselling Psychology or a closely related field.
- Preferably 1-3 years of counselling or mental-health program experience; strong fresh graduates may also be considered.
- Support development and review of ASHA's mental-health conversations, psychoeducation, assessments, and interventions.
- Help design realistic user scenarios covering stress, anxiety, relationships, academics, loneliness, sleep, and emotional well-being.
- Review AI chatbot responses for empathy, appropriateness, safety, and psychological accuracy.
- Coordinate with psychiatrists, psychologists, AI researchers, and software developers to translate clinical requirements into the platform.
- Assist with user studies, participant coordination, interviews, feedback collection, and research documentation.
- Support development and testing of risk-identification, escalation, and referral workflows for users requiring qualified support.
- Maintain mental-health resources, counsellor/referral information, study records, and project documentation.
- Strong communication, empathy, organizational skills, and interest in AI-enabled mental healthcare; position based in Delhi NCR/Faridabad.
