About the Role:

Join a dynamic international customer support setting where your communication skills can shape exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking passionate individuals who can confidently handle US customer and UK customer interactions and provide timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend inbound calls from US-based clients
- Understand customer requirements and provide prompt solutions
- Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to quality standards




- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when necessary

Requirements:

- Min 1 year experience people can apply
- Any Graduate Or Undergraduate
- Excellent spoken English skills are mandatory
- Comfortable with US Night Shifts
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Flexible with rotational week offs
