We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented E-commerce Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our online sales presence, utilizing their strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, SEO, and digital marketing to drive growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management:

Manage and update product listings across various e-commerce platforms

Ensure product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate, compelling, and optimized

Monitor website and application performance, implementing improvements to enhance user experience

Negotiate with vendors and platform providers as needed

Sales & Marketing:

Develop and execute online sales strategies to meet or exceed targets

Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and implement promotional campaigns

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities





Utilize SEO and online marketing techniques to increase traffic and improve search rankings

Customer Service & Feedback:

Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high customer satisfaction

Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback to improve service quality

Data & Reporting:

Create reports and maintain MIS related to sales, inventory, and performance metrics

Use data insights to optimize online performance and inform strategic decisions

Candidate Profile:

Proven track record in e-commerce management, preferably within the retail industry

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an E-commerce executive role

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, SEO, online marketing, and analytics

Excellent project management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills

Creative, data-driven, and strategic thinker

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Robust planning, organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively within a team
