Job Title: Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) Manager

Job Summary:
Responsible for the safe, productive, and compliant operation of the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), ensuring treated effluent meets regulatory standards while optimizing plant performance and managing the ETP team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily ETP operations and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and discharge norms.
- Monitor treatment parameters (pH, COD, BOD, TSS, etc.) and optimize processes.
- Supervise ETP operators and maintenance activities.
- Maintain operational records and regulatory reports.
- Manage chemicals, consumables, and operating costs.
- Coordinate audits and inspections.
- Implement safety, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Environmental or any Graduates.
- 810 years of experience in ETP operations, including supervisory experience.
