Job Title: MIS / Data Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented MIS / Data Analyst to support business operations through data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in data visualization, dashboard creation, and retail analytics, with the ability to convert complex data into meaningful business insights for senior management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports and dashboards using Power BI and Advanced Excel.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Extract, clean, validate, and transform data using SQL and other data extraction tools.
- Prepare interactive dashboards, charts, and visual reports (including Pie Charts, Pivot Charts, and other visualizations).
- Perform data mining, data cleansing, and data analysis to support business decisions.
- Monitor retail sales performance, revenue, and operational KPIs using EPOS data.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue reports.
- Create impactful presentations (PowerPoint)



and present business insights, performance reports, and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of EPOS and Power BI.
- Excellent proficiency in Advanced Excel, including:
- Pivot Tables
- Power Query
- Advanced Formulas
- Charts and Graphs (Pie Charts, Bar Charts, etc.)
- Data Validation and Reporting

- Good working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis, data fetching, data cleansing, and data transformation.
- Experience in creating interactive dashboards and MIS reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to present reports to senior management.
- Exposure to retail analytics, sales tracking, revenue reporting, and KPI monitoring.
