About the Role

Tekskills is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 1-4 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing technical positions, with a strong background in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
- Handle Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and permanent hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Negotiate compensation and ensure smooth offer rollout and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update the ATS/HRMS regularly.
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience.





Required Skills:

- 14 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Mandatory experience in C2H hiring.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical skill sets.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred but not mandatory.
