Qualifications: BE/BTech/BSc

What would you do Is to work along with the First Article Inspection (FAI) team across regions to plan, schedule, prioritize, review, and deliver all FAIs needed for sustaining parts and development projects. Also, to verify the production processes and to ensure First run of a part/product consistently meets design customer requirementsClear understanding about FAI Documents, standards and approval processesProducts/Materials reviewed and approved meet all the quality standards as per the industry standards and requirementsIn addition, you will be responsible for performing First Article Inspection (FAI) assessments per AS9102 for verification of customer requirementsCoordinate with client stakeholders and points of contact for escalationsCoordinate with Supplier Quality Development manager in driving the action plans developed through effective problem solvingEnsure workflow coordination as well as effective throughput and work prioritizationManage workflow and work towards continually meeting process turnaround time metrics

- The position will include, but not be limited to the following skills and experiences upon the knowledge transfer process:
- Demonstrates detailed engineering drawing interpretation skills
- Ability to read and understand inspection reports
- Demonstrates understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GDT)
- Desired experience structuring/reviewing First Article Inspection (FAI) packages per AS9102
- Good communication and email writing skills
- Efficient time management skills
- Knowledge in manufacturing, inspection and the use of hand measuring tools
- Analytical Thinking

Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments The decisions that you make would impact your own work You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
