Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Supervisor with extensive experience in Water Treatment Plant (WTP) operations to lead our O&M; team at the HPCL Rajasthan Refinery. The candidate will be responsible for the seamless operation of critical water infrastructure, ensuring zero downtime and 100% compliance with refinery water quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operations Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end operation of RO Plants, DM Plants, Softening Plants, and Ultrafiltration (UF) units.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of 10+ operators and technicians; manage shift rosters and performance reviews.
- Process Optimization: Monitor and adjust chemical dosing (coagulants, anti-scalants, chlorine) to ensure maximum membrane life and water quality.
- Maintenance Oversight: Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Shutdown maintenance for high-capacity pumps, filters, and dosing systems.
- Reporting:



Prepare Daily/Monthly Progress Reports (DPR/MPR), track chemical consumption, and maintain plant inventory.
- Safety & Permits: Enforce high safety standards. Must be proficient in the Work Permit System (Cold/Hot/Confined Space/Radiography) applicable to Oil & Gas sites.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Education: B.E/B.Tech in chemical, Mechanical.
- Experience: 7 to 12 years in Water Treatment Operations. Candidates with experience in Refineries, Petrochemicals, or Power Plants will be given preference.
- Technical Mastery: * Expert knowledge of RO membrane cleaning (CIP) and troubleshooting.

- Hands-on experience with DCS / PLC / SCADA controlled operations.
- Understanding of ETP (Effluent Treatment) and STP processes is a plus.

- Commitment: Willingness to work in a project-site workplace (Barmer) and lead in a high-pressure, 24/7 operational setting.
