Database Tester - Senior EngineerJob Description

- Experience: 57 years in ETL, data warehouse, data validation or database testing, preferably across enterprise data platforms or financial services systems.
- Primary skills: Robust SQL, database testing, ETL validation, source-to-target reconciliation, data profiling, transformation rule validation and data quality checks.
- Responsibilities: Validate data extraction, transformation and loading across source, staging and target layers; identify mismatches; document defects; and support root cause analysis.
- Data testing scope: Perform completeness, accuracy, integrity, referential, duplicate, aggregation and file/report-level validations using SQL and structured test evidence.
- Secondary skills:



Exposure to Java automation or BDD/Cucumber is preferred to support integration with RAFT automation assets where applicable.

Nice to have :

Experience with Azure Databricks, MS SQL/Oracle, data warehouse testing, batch/EOD flows, file-based validations, Jira/Xray and Agile delivery.
