Job Summary
The MIS Executive Finance & Accounts will be responsible for supporting in preparation of accurate financial MIS reports for management decision-making, creating dashboards, and analyzing financial data using tools such as Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Power Apps, Power BI and SharePoint. The candidate should have strong familiarity with ERP Environments, preferably SAP.

Key Responsibilities

- Support in Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly Finance & Accounts MIS reports
- Support in preparing P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Budget vs Actual, and Cost Analysis reports
- Develop and maintain management dashboards using Power BI
- Perform variance, trend, and financial performance analysis
- Coordinate with AP, AR,



GL, Costing, and Taxation teams for data consolidation
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing with accurate MIS reporting
- Assist internal and external audits by providing required MIS data
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal controls
- Create ad-hoc MIS reports and analysis for senior management
- Identify opportunities for MIS automation and reporting process improvements
- Standardize reporting formats, dashboards, and SOPs

Key Skills & Competencies

- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query; Macros preferred)
- Power BI Data modeling, DAX basics, dashboards, and report publishing
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent
- Good Understanding of Finance & Accounting principles
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and support senior management
