Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and results-oriented Senior IT Recruiters who can independently manage hiring requirements and drive recruitment outcomes for assigned business units/accounts. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in talent acquisition, stakeholder management, market intelligence, recruitment analytics, and sourcing strategies.

This is primarily an Individual Contributor (IC) role, with opportunities to lead small teams based on performance, business growth, and leadership potential.

The candidate should demonstrate an interest in leveraging AI-powered recruitment tools, data-driven hiring strategies, and process automation to enhance recruitment effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage end-to-end recruitment for technology hiring mandates.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business priorities and hiring needs.
- Deliver junior and mid-level hiring requirements within defined SLAs.
- Drive sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, internal databases, and networking.




- Conduct talent mapping, market research, competitor intelligence, and hiring trend analysis.
- Provide hiring insights, talent availability reports, and market intelligence to stakeholders.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and provide regular hiring updates to leadership.
- Monitor recruitment metrics including TAT, source effectiveness, conversion ratios, offers, and joins.
- Utilize AI-enabled sourcing and screening tools to improve productivity and candidate quality.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
