About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Homeware Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing products across the homeware category, including bed linens, tableware, decorative accessories, and other lifestyle products. This role requires a strong understanding of design trends, materials, consumer preferences, and product development processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop homeware products, including bed sheets, cushions, plates, bowls, serveware, decor items, and related lifestyle products.
- Create original concepts, patterns, prints, color palettes, and product specifications.
- Research market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to develop commercially successful products.
- Prepare design presentations, mood boards, technical drawings, and product mockups.
- Collaborate with sourcing, merchandising, and production teams to ensure designs are executed accurately.
- Work closely with vendors and manufacturers during product development and sampling stages.
- Ensure products align with brand aesthetics, quality standards, and target customer expectations.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Textile Design, Industrial Design, Fashion Design,



or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in home ware, home textiles, lifestyle products, or related categories.
- Proven experience designing products such as bed sheets, tableware, kitchenware, decorative accessories, and home decor items.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools.
- Excellent understanding of materials, prints, patterns, colors, and product development processes.
- Strong creative thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial viability.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with domestic and international manufacturers.
- Knowledge of current home decor and lifestyle trends.
- Experience in creating technical specifications and production-ready artwork.
- Understanding of sustainable materials and design practices is a plus.
