- Prepare and analyze MIS, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis reports.
- Monitor business performance, profitability, cash flow, and working capital.
- Support management reporting, board presentations, and financial planning activities.
- Conduct financial due diligence on potential acquisition/investment opportunities.
- Analyze target company financials, business performance, risks, and profitability.
- Support valuation, financial modeling, and M&A; assessment activities.
- Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Accounts, and Business teams for strategic decision-making.
