- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create targeted training solutions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and implement effective training content.
- Evaluate training program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to trainers to enhance their delivery skills.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience as a Process Trainer or similar role in a BPO/Call Centre environment.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with training software and technologies, such as LMS platforms.
